Upma – I by no means preferred upma , principally trigger it was dry and I by no means actually developed a style for it . Sudden craving modified every little thing about upma . I’m going to share the recipe which for some purpose made me prefer it .

Components –
1 cup Rava/sooji/semolina dry roasted
1/four cup peas
8-10 damaged cashews
1 small onion finely chopped
1inch ginger finely chopped
1tsp mustard seeds

8-10 curry leaves
half lime
2tbsp oil
1tbsp ghee
Salt to style
Three cups water

Warmth oil in a kadai as soon as scorching add mustard seeds as soon as they begin to splutter add ginger ,chillies and cashews . Brown the cashews a bit of now add curry leaves and the onion stir until translucent . Add the peas until the uncooked scent goes off ( a minute or two ) . Now add Three cups of water ,coriander,salt and lime juice and let it boil . Now the vital half hold including the rawa/sooji a spoon at a time and hold stiring After getting added all of the sooji/rava shut the lid and let it cook dinner for two minutes . Take away the lid and add the ghee and canopy and cook dinner for a couple of seconds and it is executed . Serve scorching with white coconut chutney
