Warmth olive oil over excessive warmth within the skillet. Season hen breasts with salt and pepper, then coat in flour. Place the hen breasts onto the skillet and sear on either side, cooking throughout.

Take away the hen breasts from the skillet and put aside. After wiping off the skillet, add butter, white wine, hen broth, capers, lemon juice, milk/cream, and minced garlic. Simmer.

Add the hen again into the sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes.
