Lunch: Pasta salad… Bow tie pasta, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, feta, and turkey sausage. Dressing is olive oil, pink wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Dinner: Hen breast seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin and coated with Tostitos salsa (bake 30 min on 420). Cooked chorizo which I toasted within the oven for 15 min. Roasted candy potato (paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil), bell peppers, and pink onion.
