There’s NOOOOTHING I like greater than seared rooster thighs with a vegetable and engaging sauce… This meal is completely customizable. Use rooster breasts or thighs, any veggie you need, extra wine, much less wine, extra mustard, and many others…

Season chix thighs w salt & pepper. Sear in 2 tbsp butter on excessive warmth on both sides. Prepare dinner through then put aside & cowl w foil.

To that pan, add about 2-Three chopped shallots (or onion). Sautee till translucent, then add about 2 tbsps flour. Stir and coat the shallots in flour. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 2-Three min.

Add about 1-2 cups rooster broth, half of cup white wine, a tbsp dijon mustard, and contemporary chopped parsley. Convey to a boil, simmer 5 min.

Add rooster again in and simmer for one more 5-10 min. Serve with egg noodles, zoodles, or spaghetti! Prime w extra contemporary parsley!!
