Stuffed Prawns Tandoori – juicy yummy and stuffed with flavour .
1st marination –
Big recent water prawns cleaned and deveined . Make gashes on prime of the prawns to fill the stuffing later. In a bowl combine the prawns , ginger garlic paste , blackpepper powder,lime juice ,salt and a bit turmeric powder and preserve apart for 10-15 minutes
Second marination –
In the mean time in a seperate bowl add hung curd , salt , chilli powder,garam masala, roasted kasoori methi , mustard oil , ( tandoori masala ) non-compulsory, combine effectively and add the prawns from the primary marination and let this marinate for atleast 45minutes – 1 hour .
Stuffing Masala – recent coriander,mint leaves , recent coconut slices (2-Three DO NOT ADD MORE ) Cumin, lime juice ,salt . Grind to a rough paste .
After the second marination put skewers size smart via the prawns and fill the gashes with the inexperienced masala .
On a non stick pan warmth oil and butter and cook dinner the prawns until absolutely carried out . (6-7 minutes a aspect on medium warmth).
For the tandoori impact , maintain the cooked prawns on open flame and preserve turning until you get a pleasant charr on the prawns , brush butter sometimes on the prawns .
Serve sizzling with sliced Onion and Inexperienced mint chutney
