Slice bell peppers in half, and hole out the within, eradicating all seeds. Bake peppers alone on 400 for 10 minutes.

Take peppers out of the oven and place your alternative of toppings inside the pepper—spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, cheese, and so on. Crack one one egg inside of every pepper half. Add extra toppings and high with cheese.
