Spaghetti Squash Bolognese!!

MY BOLOGNESE: Start by dicing up 1 yellow onion, a pair massive carrots, and some celery stalks. Season w salt, pep, garlic. Sautee in a big pot till tender.

To the identical pot, add 1lb floor beef, season w salt and pep, and cook dinner till finished. Add about 1 cup pink wine, 2 cans tomato sauce and a bay leaf. Simmer on low for 1.5-2 hours (or alllll dayyyy).

Add a giant splash of balsamic, recent parsley, and recent basil. Cook dinner one other 5 minutes.

SQUASH: Microwave 4-5 min to melt. Slice in half lengthwise and intestine seeds. Spray w oil, season with salt and pep. Place face down in oven pan and bake on 400 for 40-50 min.

Peel the strings of “spaghetti” out with a fork—this must be very simple if it’s cooked correctly.

Place the Bolognese within the squash. High with parmesan and recent herbs!! Freeze your leftover Bolognese for a lazy day.
