Shimplya masala and Rava fry –
This time i experimented with the very base of the masala .

I roasted onion , inexperienced chillies , garlic , dry coconut on open flame and when it was room temperature i put it within the grinder together with Ginger, recent coriander and make a paste .

Subsequent i roasted the tomatoes and made a paste too .

In a kadai i added oil , as soon as scorching added the onion paste and sauted until it leaves oil , to this i added recent coriander and sauted for a minute and added the roasted Tomato paste , coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder salt and blended until it begins to depart oil .

Added clams and blended it for a minute ,added water as required, checked seasoning and put a lid for 8-10 minutes , garnished with recent chopped coriander and served scorching .

Rava fry may be very primary , add ginger garlic paste , chilli powder, salt lime and coat with rava semolina and shallow fry until it is finished .
