Sabudana khichdi – Lastly Perfected The sabudana Khichdi . Fluffy , non sticky and yummy . Now that I understand how it is made I needed to share this recipe

Components –

sabudana/sago washed and soaked in equal water . For one cup of sabudana/sago use one cup of water to soak it .

Boiled potatoes
Roasted powdered peanuts
Curry leaves
Inexperienced Chillies
Recent coriander finely chopped
Cumin
Salt
Sugar(optionally available)
Lime juice
Oil

Recipe – warmth a kadai and add oil as soon as sizzling add boiled potatoes and allow them to get crispy now add Cumin and let combine nicely , let it crackle whilst you stir it . Now add curry leaves ,chillies and stir for one more minute . Add the sabudana /sago ,salt,sugar, powdered peanuts coriander and lime juice and blend nicely . Cowl and prepare dinner for two minutes and Serve sizzling .
