Rajasthani Laal Maas – THE COLOR IS NOT EDITED , It’s from the chilli paste .
That vibrant purple coloration is coming from the Kashmiri purple chilies . Sadly I dint have the normal MATHANIA RED CHILLIES to make it, however that dint cease me from making this heavenly goodness . This is not as spicy because it seems I deseeded the chillies , stored a number of seeds for the spice issue . I’m positively gonna strive it with the Mathania Chillies as soon as I get them .
