1 complete Large pomfret
– Purple chillies soaked in vinegar for atleast 2 hours
– eight to 10 basil leaves ( completely optionally available)
– black pepper
– lime juice
-10 to 15 garlic cloves minimal
– Besan (Gram flour) Roasted
– 2 TSP oil
Make gashes on the fish and rub with salt,lime juice and turmeric and hold apart for 10-15 minutes.
