Pitla – Components are easy and tastes finest with scorching bhakri or chapatis together with spicy inexperienced chilli thecha .

Components – Besan (gram flour ) half cup besan combined with 2 cups of water ,together with turmeric and slightly salt . Get a runny texture

1 medium sized onion Finely chopped
Garlic cloves 8-10
4-5 inexperienced chillies chopped
Curry leaves 8-10
1tbsp cumin
half Tbsp mustard seeds
2 Tbsp oil
Finely chopped coriander
Salt to style

Recipe – warmth oil in a kadai add mustard seeds , as soon as the splutter add jeera and let it crackle . Now add inexperienced chillies/curry leaves and garlic and saute for a couple of minutes . Add finely chopped onion and saute until translucent add salt and blend properly , now add the besan/gramflour slowly and and preserve mixing , at this level it’ll develop into thick , preserve stiring and add chopped coriander . Now add water in response to desired consistency and shut the lid and cook dinner for 5-7 minutes . Serve scorching with bhakri or chapati
