Parmesan crusted scallops! Don’t be intimidated by scallops… This dinner is very easy!! 😋

Preheat oven to 400. Spray the scallops with olive oil and sprinkle salt over them. Combine Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Black pepper and oregano. Additionally combine 2 tbsp of melted butter, a splash of white wine, and the juice of 1 lemon. Poor the liquid over the scallops, then sprinkle them with the dry combination. Bake on 400 for 12 min, then broil for three min.

For the broccoli—Spray with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then sprinkle some Parmesan over them in order that they match the scallops!! Bake for 30 min.
