ONE POT Hen, Rice, & Veggies! It’s fall which suggests we’re again to me consistently making totally different variations of this meal LOL.

Warmth olive oil and butter in a big skillet or pot (oven secure with a lid is most well-liked since that is going within the oven. I used my dutch oven). Season chix thighs (breast are superb) w salt, pepper, and paprika (my normal) and sear within the sizzling oil/butter for about 5 min both sides. Set rooster apart.

Squeeze a lemon wedge over every part and garnish with lemon zest and rosemary. SO WARM AND HEARTY!!
