ONE PAN Nectarine Burrata Rooster!

Season boneless skinless rooster thighs liberally with salt, pepper, and paprika. Warmth olive oil in a big pan till sizzling, then sear the rooster thighs on both sides till cooked via. Set rooster apart.

To the identical pan, add half diced purple onion and many garlic. Then add a bunch of sliced nectarines and sauté 1-2 minutes. Deglaze w an enormous splash of white wine & carry to a simmer.

Add rooster again in and simmer for 1 min to heat up. Flip the burner off and add clumps of burrata. High with recent basil and balsamic glaze.
