My mother’s vacation salad!

Candied pecans: In a small skillet, mix half of cup brown sugar, 1/four tsp cin, 1/four tsp salt, & 2 tbsp water. Stir effectively and let simmer for five minutes on medium warmth. Toss 1 cup pecans within the sauce, then set them apart to dry on parchment paper—You may as well simply purchase candied pecans on the retailer lol.

Salad: 6 cups blended greens, 2-Three sliced apples, half of cup blue cheese, 1/Three cup pomegranate seeds OR dried cranberries, & 1 cup candied pecans.

Dressing: 2 tbsp ACV, half of chopped shallot, half of tbsp Dijon, 1/Three cup olive oil, sprint of salt and pepper.

That is the BEST Christmas salad!! So festive trying and tasting!
