My best possible traditional lasagna. I’ve PERFECTED this!

Bolognese: Sauté finely diced carrots (2-3), 1/2 onion, celery (3-Four stalks) till tender. Push veggies to the facet and add 1 lb floor beef, cook dinner through and break it up as you go. Add 2 cans tomato sauce, a giant splash of wine, and Italian herbs. Simmer 30-120 minutes. Add a splash of balsamic.

Combine: 1 tub (2-3ish cups) ricotta, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup parm, 1.5 cups frozen defrosted spinach.

Layer your lasag… Bolognese on the underside of your casserole dish, then raw no boil lasagna noodles, then ricotta combination, then numerous shredded moz, repeat. Final layer must be moz.

Bake on 350 coated for 45 minutes. Uncover and broil for five+ minutes till cheese is crispy. That is the very best lasagna EVER 😜
