Mutton Yakhni Pulao – I’ve been which means to make this for a very long time .
The perfect factor in regards to the Yakhni Pulao is that , like a Biryani you do not get complete spices in your mouth . It is purely flavoured rice and mutton .My yakhni Pulao has loads of recent mint to it , it is a complete recreation changer. I would not say it is simpler than a Biryani to make , however then it is value it .
I had it with a particular form of a chutney which I used to eat with Biryani at my native place (recipe of the chutney can be posted Tomorrow) . The mix of the pulao and that chutney is magical .
The mutton was tremendous tender ,cooking it longer did the trick .

The meat was sourced from makhmalithane. The mutton is tender and fesh at all times .
