Mutton Biryani – Easy Mutton biryani for starters .

Components –

Marinate 500gms mutton with turmeric, chilli powder , Ginger garlic paste , chopped coriander , chopped mint/pudina,inexperienced chillies , curd/dahi, Biryani masala ( can skip it however provides a number of flavour )add little salt if you’re including the Biryani masala trigger biryani masala already has salt in it . Let it marinate for atleast an hour .

Birista of three onions
Finely chopped coriander
Finely chopped pudina/mint

Three onions finely sliced for the curry

1 and a half cup Lengthy grain basmati rice washed and soaked for 30 minutes earlier than the preparation

Complete spices –
Cardamom
Cloves
Shah jeera
Cinnamon

In a stress cooker warmth oil and add cardamom , cloves ,cinnamon , saute for a minute and add the sliced onions for the curry and saute until mild brown , add the marinated mutton and fry on excessive warmth for 2-Three minutes after which saute on medium flame for five minutes . Whereas the mutton cooks in a deep vessel boil water and add cardamom, cinnamon,Shah jeera and cloves Together with salt as per style . Now add the soaked Basmati rice and prepare dinner it 90 % . Drain water maintain the rice apart

In a kadai begin the layering . Add rice on the backside then mutton and the Finely chopped mint , coriander after which birista/ fried onions , put one other layer of rice and eventually high it off with mint , coriander, fried onions . Shut the lid and prepare dinner on low flame for 8-10 minutes . Swap of the flame and Let it relaxation for one more 5 minutes and serve it with the chutney or raita .
