Mother’s Easy Mutton Recipe –

Recipe :-
🔸500 gms Mutton ( cleaned and marinated with ginger garlic paste and turmeric for an hour)
🔸Three onion medium sized onion (Puree )
🔸Four Tomatoes medium sized (Puree)
🔸Ginger Garlic Paste 2 TSP
🔸Cloves 5
🔸Inexperienced Cardamom Four complete
🔸 Cinnamon 1 inch
🔸1 bay leaf
🔸2tbsp Chilli powder ( regulate as per Liking)
🔸Garam Masala half of Tbsp
🔸Salt As per Style
🔸Oil Tbsp
🔸 Coriander for garnishing

Methodology – Warmth oil in a cooker and and add the entire spices and saute for just a few Secs . Add onion paste and ginger garlic paste and prepare dinner until there isn’t a uncooked odor and add The remaining masala and prepare dinner for five minutes sauteing it , add tomato puree and prepare dinner until the oil leaves the combination (hold stiring), add mutton and salt and blend properly and hold sauteing for an additional 2-5 minutes on excessive warmth add 2 glasses of water and blend properly and strain prepare dinner for 3-Four whistles relying on the meat ( roughly for lamb or goat meat )
