Low-guilt peanut butter cookies!! Mr. Alexis Eats is obsessive about these LOL.

Mix: 2/three cups rolled oats, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking soda.

Individually, beat 1 giant egg or 2 small eggs. To the whisked egg, add 1 cup peanut butter, and 6 tbsp brown sugar. Combine properly utilizing a rubber spatula.

Mix each mixtures collectively and blend till properly mixed. Cowl dough and let it chill for 20 min.

Kind cookies with about 1.5 tbsp of the dough. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake on 350 for 9 min.
