Kharda Hen – kharda khaun varda 😂 .
This was my final try to get my odor and style again with a spicy 🔥 rooster recipe ( odor and style improved however dint get it again completely)
It is fairly easy and completely scrumptious recipe .
Substances for kharda paste :-
8-10 darkish inexperienced chillies
10-15 medium sized garlic pods
5-7 roasted coconut slices
Oil to fry
In a tawa or pan warmth oil and add inexperienced chillies and garlic and saute until aromatic don’t let it brown . Add dry roasted coconut slices , saute for a minute , calm down ,add coriander leaves and grind to a rough paste . Hold apart
In a kadai warmth oil , as soon as sizzling add roughly chopped onion and ginger garlic paste, saute until translucent , now add turmeric and saute one other minute . Add rooster combine effectively , cowl the kadai and let it cook dinner on low medium flame for 12-15 minutes until you get a pleasant forehead char on the rooster items , if the onion begins to go brown add little or no water and hold mixing at common intervals . Now add the kharda paste and blend effectively, let it cook dinner for an additional 5-7 minutes . And change off the gasoline . Let it relaxation for an additional 5 minutes and serve with bhakri or chapati .
