Khandeshi Rooster Curry – YOU HAVE TO TRY MAKING THIS . This rooster curry is now my favorite , the style is unmatched . It is Creamy ,spicy, flavourful you’ll fall in love within the first chew .

🔸 Cooked rooster 500 Gms. ( In a strain cooker add a bit of oil as soon as sizzling add cumin and saute now add 1 onion sliced and saute a bit of to this add half TSP turmeric , a bit of salt and combine ,add rooster and add Three glasses of water , strain prepare dinner for Three whistles or untill accomplished and hold apart )

🔸 For the curry paste you’ll need –

Three onions sliced
1 and a half Tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/four cup dried coconut
8-10 Dried Chillies u can modify as per your style buds ( use kashmiri chillies for the colour )
1 tbsp Poppy seeds ( khas khas)
1 tbsp garam masala
1 bay leaf
2-Three Tbsp oil
Salt to style

🔸In a tawa add a bit of oil and saute the sliced Onions whereas doing so add a bit of salt . Take away and hold apart
In the identical tawa roast the dried coconut until it is a bit of brown as soon as accomplished hold that apart too
Now add the poppy seeds and the dry crimson chillies and roast them properly and hold apart .

Let every part settle down . Mix all this combination including the ginger garlic paste and make a clean paste . Now in a kadai add the oil and bay leaf and the curry paste and saute properly until it begin to depart oil now add the rooster and garam masala and broth as required test seasoning and blend properly and let prepare dinner for five minutes . Serve with steamed rice or chapati/bhakri
