Immunity boosting turmeric hen noodle soup!

Sauté onion, carrot, and celery in a big pot w olive oil till tender. Add A LOT of garlic. Season w salt, pepper, and turmeric (excellent for you).

Add hen broth and a bay leaf. Additionally add any contemporary herbs you have got. Parsley is right, I additionally used rosemary, oregano, and basil. Deliver to a boil then simmer for 10-20 minutes. Add egg noodles and simmer for one more 10 minutes.

Add shredded hen (I cooked mine within the crockpot) and a number of contemporary lemon juice.
