Idli Chutney Sambar – One thing I made for Breakfast immediately . The idli is from a prepared made batter ( though I’m very a lot able to making my very own batter, simply dint have the time and the craving was too excessive 😝)

One of the best sambar I’ve made , I drank a bowl filled with sambar it was that good 🤤. I do like my sambar just a little thick .
The trick for the proper Sambar is let it boil on low flame for a very good 20-25 minutes , do not rush trigger that is the way you get the proper flavour to your Sambar .
