Hen masala With selfmade Thecha and spinach/ Palak raita –
I used shanfoodsglobal Hen masala to make this hen recipe . Their masalas will add magic to your cooking do give them a strive .
I ran out of Thecha and needed to make some at house , so here is the recipe for it .
Pink chillies soaked in heat water for 10-15 minutes .
Grind to a clean paste and performed .
My favorite factor on the plate was the spinach/palak raita , age outdated recipe my mother gave me , I’m gonna share this raita recipe and I’m certain you are gonna find it irresistible too .
Spinach/palak – child spinach or decide tender leaves from the bunch and roughly chop them .
Onion very finely chopped ( chop it as effective as you may)
Roasted cumin powder
Combine every part collectively and be aware of the salt and add it pinch by pinch , hold checking the style trigger in case you do not it’d flip salty .
Combine properly and performed .
