Season rooster breasts (lower skinny) w salt and pepper. Dip in flour, then dip in crushed egg. Sautee over medium-high warmth in olive oil for Three min both sides, till cooked, then put aside.

In a bowl, whisk collectively about 1.5 cups rooster broth & 1 tbsp flour. Add this to the skillet w butter, half cup white wine, juice of 1 lemon, lemon slices, and parsley (begin w butter and lemon slices in that pan). Simmer for 3-5 min.

Add rooster again in to taste it with the sauce, then serve over spaghetti or with an arugula salad. Garnish with parsley!
