Hen and veggies in a wine/Dijon sauce! All components are from goal ❤️ I make variations of this on a regular basis… Use hen breasts or thighs, any veggie you need, extra wine, much less wine, extra mustard, and so forth…

Season chix w salt & pepper. Sear in oil on excessive warmth on all sides. Cook dinner via then put aside & cowl.

To that pan, add veggies. I used carrots and mushrooms. Broccoli and onion can be nice too. Sautee till tender, then add about 2 tbsps flour. Stir and coat the veggies in flour.

Add about 1-2 cups hen broth, half cup white wine, a tbsp dijon mustard, and recent chopped parsley. Convey to a boil, simmer 5 min.

Add hen again in and simmer for one more 5-10 min. Serve with egg noodles, zoodles, mashed potatoes, or spaghetti! High w further recent parsley!!
