Hand-crafted kanda lasun Masala
Crimson chilli powder
Vinegar
Turmeric
Salt
Rava
Clear fish and marinate with salt turmeric and vinegar for 15 minutes .
Take pink chilli powder, vinegar , turmeric,salt ,kanda lasun Masala and blend nicely .
After the Marination apply the masala on the fish and let it relaxation for five minutes .
Coat the fish with rawa and on a scorching pan add oil to fry . Fry on eash aspect on medium warmth for five minutes either side .
And you’re completed .
