Fodnicha Bhaat / Left over Rice Tadka –
This has the 2 greatest components that I like , Garlic and Spicy masala .
2-Three cups Leftover rice
Garlic pods 8-10 crushed
8-10 curry leaves
2-Three inexperienced chillies (elective)
1tbsp mustard seeds
1 onion finely chopped
2 medium tomato roughly chopped
1-2 TSP chilli powder
half TSP turmeric powder
2-Three Tbsp oil
Contemporary coriander finely chopped to garnish
Salt to style
In a kadai warmth oil and add mustard seeds as soon as they crackle add curry leaves ,inexperienced chillies and garlic , as soon as the garlic is tender and lightweight brown add onion and prepare dinner until translucent ,now add chilli powder and turmeric powder and prepare dinner for some time now add the tomatoes and salt and prepare dinner until the tomatoes just a little mushy , don’t let the Tomatoes overcook( don’t make a paste ) . Now add the rice combine nicely and garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve sizzling .
