Fast and simple Thecha –
This may be made as an accompaniment to your meals .
Elements –
Chillies I used crimson and inexperienced uncooked ones ( use kind of as per your choice )
Peanuts half a cup
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Garlic pods 10-12
Oil 1tbsp
Salt to style
Recipe – in a pan warmth oil and add chillies fry for a minute ,now add the peanuts and fry a couple of minutes until the are gentle brown . Now add the garlic and sesame seeds and saute for 2-Three minutes add salt and blend properly . Take off warmth and funky down . Put it in a mortar abd pound with a pestle until u get a rough paste or run it in a blender to get a easy paste .
