Easy Prawns curry/hirva kalwan – Quite simple and flavourful recipe . This can be a very fast and simple recipe .
The flavours packed on this curry are very fundamental and as soon as the curry matures it provides a complete one other degree of flavour to the dish .
Paste of – coconut,ginger,garlic, chillies, coriander leaves and stems , a spoon stuffed with rice soaked , cashews soaked for 10 minutes .
Onion finely chopped
Garam masala ( a pinch or somewhat greater than that)
Coriander powder half of tsp
Salt to style
Coconut milk .
In a kadai add oil and as soon as sizzling add finely chopped onion , inexperienced chillies and curry leaves and saute until onion is translucent .
Now add the beforehand ready paste and blend effectively and saute until the combination will get thick (don’t overcook or burn it ) now add the prawns , garam masala and coriander powder and provides it a very good combine . Rinse the combined grinder vessel with water and pour all of that goodness into the kadai . Combine effectively and let it come to a low boil . Now add half a cup of coconut milk and let it prepare dinner for a very good 4-5 minutes swap off the flame and let the curry mature ( for about 10-12 minutes )
Serve heat with rice .
