Dhaba model Tari Wala rooster – This turned out to be good . The rooster was nicely cooked ,the spice degree was good , and the flavour was wonderful .

Recipe –
🔸Hen 500 gms ( marinated with Three tbsp curd/ 1tbsp ginger garlic paste/a litte turmeric , half TSP chilli powder and salt ) and marinate for 20-25 minutes .
🔸Four Onions sliced
🔸2 Tomatoes chopped
🔸2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
🔸 freshly chopped coriander half cup
🔸half Cup Curd (6 TBSP SPOONS)
🔸 Pink chilli powder 1tbsp ( add in response to spice desire, I added 2)
🔸 turmeric half TSP
🔸 Coriander powder 1tbsp
🔸1 TSP cumin
🔸 Salt as per style

Complete spices :-
🔸half star anise
🔸1piece cinnamon
🔸2 cardamom
🔸3-Four cloves
🔸5-6 black peppercorns

1 cup oil for cooking

Recipe – Warmth one cup oil in a kadai and add the sliced onions and prepare dinner until golden brown and take away on a plate (Don’t fry a lot or else the tip outcome will likely be bitter )
