Slice squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Then slice the squash into 1/four inch crescents. Drizzle w oil and seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika—place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake okay 425 for 30 minutes, flipping midway via.

Boil pasta and reserve pasta water. Soften 2-Three tbsp butter in a big pan or pot with a drizzle of olive oil, recent sage, and plenty of garlic.

Add a giant splash of white wine and a pair of huge handfuls of spinach. Add the cooked pasta and roasted squash. Slowly add pasta water and stir till the sauce is the way you prefer it. Add a number of parm and stir. This was SO GOOD!
