Dahi Wada – I had been that means to make this from a very long time however was skeptic about this . Actually watched too many movies to get myself motivated to make this 😂. So this is the recipe . Do check out this straightforward recipe .

1 cup urad daal washed 4-5 instances and soaked in water for six+ hours or in a single day.

Dahi /curd – 1 bowl dahi/curd whisked with sugar and little or no salt ( Be aware : whisk with a fork or spoon , don’t whisk in a blender or else it is going to be too runny) and hold it within the fridge until you might be prepared to make use of it

Tamarind chutney – I made this by immersing quantity of tamarind in scorching water for 10-15 minutes . Drain water put the tamarind pulp by means of a sieve and use a spoon to get all of the refined pulp .
