Crab masala – crabs will at all times be my favorite . Regardless of how tideous it’s to wash and eat the crab will probably be a without end favorite.

Elements –

1 crab ( 500 gms) cleaned . You need to use small crabs too

Coconut Paste – half coconut grated , 3-Four dried crimson chillies (can improve as per spice choice), 1 TSP coriander powder, 1/Four TSP turmeric , 1 small ball of tamarind . Add slightly water and grind all the pieces to a tremendous paste

2 Tbsp ghee
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 medium tomato diced
2 inexperienced chillies sliced
1inch ginger thinly sliced
A Sprig of curry leaves
Salt to style

( don’t use non stick utensils trigger cooking the crabs in non stick will impact the coating of the utensils)

Methodology – in a kadai add the ghee as soon as sizzling add onion ,inexperienced chillies , ginger and curry leaves .Saute until onion is translucent add the coconut paste and saute for a 3-5 minutes on medium Excessive warmth . Add tomato and salt and saute for a couple of minutes now add crabs and blend properly
Add water and cook dinner for 10-12 minutes . Take off the flame and serve sizzling with chapati or rice
