Clams Curry with Drumsticks – Shell fish are love . Be it clams or crabs , the cleansing is a job however the recipe seems superb each single time .
I had seen many recipes on-line whith Drumsticks in it and I lastly made my very own . It’s important to do that one .
2 tbsp oil
500 gms clams
1 inch cinnamon sticks
3 – Four peppercorn
3 – Four clove
2 onion (one to make the paste different one for the curry)
1/4 dry coconut
1 cup grated recent coconut
Handful of coriander leaves
8-10 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger chopped
Three to Four inexperienced chilies (use in line with your spice desire)
Four to five drumsticks items
1 massive tomato roughly
half TSP turmeric
malvani masala or hand-crafted Kanda lasoon masala ( use as per your flavouring)
1 tbsp dhaniya powder
2 tbsp crimson chili powder
salt as per style
In a tawa add oil add oil and saute peppercon,clove,mace and cinnamon untill aromatic . Now add one sliced onion to this and saute until mild brown , maintain apart . Now add grated coconut and saute until golden brown .
On open flame roast the dry 1/4 coconut untill it is good charred and lower them into small items to mix .
Now in a blender add the above roasted substances together with garlic ,ginger,recent coriander. And mix to a advantageous paste including little or no water .
In an enormous kadai add 2-Three tbsp oil , as soon as scorching add one onion finely chopped , inexperienced chillies and saute for 2-Three minutes on low flame now add the masalas , turmeric,chilli powder ,Kanda lasoon masala , dhaniya powder and blend nicely and saute for 1-2 minutes now add the tomato and provides it a great combine and stir for 2-Three minutes . Now add the coconut paste and salt and blend for a minute . Now add the clams and stir nicely , add Drumsticks and once more combine it nicely .
Add water as per your consistency and let it boil for 7-Eight minutes on medium warmth .
Within the final minute be sure you add freshly chopped coriander and you’re finished 😊
