Now add the the pre soaked rice and salt and a tbsp of ghee and provides it an excellent stir . Add water as required and let it come to a boil .
As soon as it boils take off the flame and preserve a tawa on the gasoline range and put the kadai on it and canopy it with silver foil and shut the lid .
Let it prepare dinner on low flame for 10-15 minutes .
As soon as executed let it relaxation for 5-10 minutes after which serve scorching
