CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP!! I completely wung this and it turned out nice!

Place 2 rooster breasts in a baking dish, season w salt, pepper, and taco seasoning. Put a couple of splashes of rooster each within the backside of the pan. Bake on 375 for 35-40 minutes then shred. That is Joanna Gaines’ methodology!!

In a big pot, sauté diced onion, celery, and carrot till tender. About 1 cup of every. Add 2 cans diced tomatoes and a pair cups of rooster broth. Convey to a boil then simmer 5 minutes.

Mix the soup with an immersion blender to your required texture. In case you don’t have an immersion blender, simply put it in an everyday one. I saved including broth as I went to verify I had my desired consistency.
