Brinjal/Baingan/vaanga Masala – By no means appreciated it rising up however grew as much as making it and appreciated it . Made this one Maharashtrian fashion . Do give it a attempt you will certainly prefer it .
Brinjals – slit them lengthwise into four items until the stalk . Be sure to not lower them in half
Masala for Stuffing –
Onion finely chopped
Tomato finely chopped
Peanuts – roasted
Sesame seeds – roasted
Coconut – roasted
In a blender add peanuts , sesame seeds , coconut ,garlic pods , recent coriander . Mix to a easy paste .
In a deep pan add oil , as soon as scorching add mustard seeds and cumin as soon as they crackle add onion and saute until translucent add tomatoes and saute and cook dinner until mushy now add the paste from blender , chilli powder,tumeric powder, salt, jaggery and blend nicely . Saute until every little thing is cooked nicely . Take off flame and let it cool .
As soon as cool stuff the Masala to the brinjal .
With the remaining masla within the pan ,put it on low flame and add a glass of water .
Now in one other kadai add oil and Cumin as soon as cumin crackles add the stuffed Brinjal and just a little salt over it and let it cook dinner on all sides . Let it brown on all sides .
