Best Seafood Paella! That is so versatile and the proteins may be subbed for absolutely anything. Additionally, I really like a one-pan meal!

In a big skillet, warmth garlic and olive oil. Add 1/2 diced onion and 2-Three sliced chorizo or andouille sausage. Sauté 5 min till onion is translucent and sausage will get crispy.

Push sausage and onion to the aspect—add about 1 cup white basmati or jasmine rice (or no matter), toss rice round in oil. Add 2 cups water—1 half rice, 2 components water. Add a pair cups of diced tomato (canned or contemporary, I used contemporary) and 1 chopped bell pepper. Deliver to a boil, then cowl and summer season 15 min.
