Beef stroganoff!! One among my all time favs. It is a comparatively straightforward model with no bizarre substances.

Start by heating olive oil in a big skillet. Reduce beef into chew sized items (I used about 1.2 kilos of flank steak from traderjoes). Place half of the meat on the skillet and prepare dinner on very excessive warmth. Then put aside and prepare dinner the opposite half. Cooking in batches permits for a pleasant sear.

Set all the meat apart as soon as cooked. Then change with 1 chopped yellow onion. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add about 1 tbsp of butter, together with sliced mushrooms and recent thyme.

As soon as all the pieces begins to prepare dinner, add 2 tbsps flour, stir. Then 2 cups beef broth and half cup pink wine.

Convey to a boil, then simmer 10 min. Add 1 tbsp Dijon. Take away from the warmth. Add cooked egg noodles, and a couple of tbsps bitter cream. Serve!!!
