Bangda Fry /Mackerel Fry – Experimented this Barbecue and it turned out because it seems to be , Superb 😍. You guys have to do this recipe , quite simple and flavourful and spicy and excellent .
🔸 Mackerel/Bangda – minimize into half , washed and marinated in salt , turmeric , Lime juice for 10 minutes .
🔸Pink Chilli powder , I used Mother’s Secret Pink chilli powder / lasun masala
🔸Ginger Garlic Paste
🔸Recent Coriander Finely chopped
🔸 Sprig of curry leaves
🔸Oil to fry
Combine all of the components collectively and make a thick paste , fill the masala within the gashes and let relaxation for 5mins. Warmth oil in a pan and put the sprig of curry leaves and put the fish items and fry properly until crispy on each side . Serve sizzling with Daal rice 😊
