Boneless fish – I used tilapia Fish
Combine the fish with Ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder,black pepper powder,curd , lime , 1Tbsp of mustard oil ( flavour bomb ) … Combine all this collectively and put aside for half an hour .
After the marination is finished add carom seeds /ajwain , break an egg , little or no salt and add just one teaspoon of besan . Don’t add extra besan or else the coating will likely be too thick . Combine all the pieces nicely , warmth oil and fry for 2-Three minutes untill you get a golden colour . Serve will mint chutney and onion 😊
