Aloo Bhaaji – It is a little wealthy than what we often make at dwelling . Simply one thing I needed to experiment with the newborn potatoes .

Recipe –

~ 8-10 child potatoes boiled and lower into half
~ 8-10 cashews soak in heat water for 15 minutes after which make a runny paste
~ 1 giant onion finely chopped
~ three tomatoes Puree ( can add roughly , I add extra for the tangy goodness )
~ chopped inexperienced coriander

-cumin
-mustard seeds
-curry leaves
-green chillies chopped
-1 inch ginger finely chopped
-6-Eight garlic cloves finely chopped

– pink chilli powder
– turmeric powder
– Coriander powder
– asafoetida /hing powder
– salt to style

– Ghee
– mustard oil ( can use sunflower oil or every other oil )

In a non stick pan warmth the mustard oil as soon as scorching add the boiled potatoes lower in half and allow them to get a little bit brown shade . Take away them apart . Now add ghee to the identical pan and as soon as scorching add the mustard seeds , as soon as they splutter add the cumin and stir for a couple of seconds , add ginger ,garlic ,curry leaves, chilles and stir for a minute add onion and let prepare dinner until translucent, add all Masalas and let prepare dinner until the oil separates now add the tomato and prepare dinner until the uncooked scent goes , now add the cashew paste and stir nicely , add the potatoes combine nicely after which add a half a cup of water and canopy and prepare dinner for 10 minutes on low medium warmth . Take of the warmth add coriander and blend nicely and serve scorching with chapati or bhakri 😊
